Palmer Package

Palmer Package which is a combination of three techniques (Diversified Technique: One of the most common and widely used techniques in chiropractic care, Diversified focuses on spinal manipulation through precise, manual adjustments, often with a “popping” sound. It is used to treat a variety of musculoskeletal problems, particularly in the spine, and aims to restore proper motion to the vertebrae. Gonstead Technique: Although not exclusively part of the Palmer Package, some chiropractors trained at Palmer College may incorporate the Gonstead technique, which is a highly specific method that focuses on analyzing and adjusting the spine using detailed diagnostic procedures, like x-rays and specific palpation. Palmer Method: The Palmer Method of spinal adjustment typically includes high-velocity, low-amplitude adjustments that are designed to realign the vertebrae in the spine and restore proper nerve flow.

Dr. Lins runs a very professional and welcoming practice. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel at ease. Dr. Lins takes the time to explain every step of the treatment, which helped calm my nerves as a first-timer. I’ve seen a huge difference in my posture and neck pain since starting treatment. Highly recommend!

Had never been to a chiropractor before and was a bit skeptical, but Dr. Lins changed my mind. He walked me through the entire process, listened to my concerns, and tailored my treatment plan. I’ve noticed a huge reduction in headaches and upper back tension since starting care. If you’re nervous about chiropractic, this is the place to start.
